29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on flat roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, warning line system, or a safety monitoring system. a) Jobsite: Employees working approximately 35 feet above the ground were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the employees used a fall protection system when working from heights 6 feet or greater. This condition was noted on/about 13 MAR 2019.
