29 CFR 1926.451(f)(6): Scaffolds were erected, used, dismantled, altered, or moved such that they, or any conductive material handled on them, were within than the minimum distances established for specific voltages as set forth in the table in subparagraph (f)(6):  a) Jobsite located at or near 1500 South 30th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19146 - On or about October 8, 2024, the employer did not ensure the clearance between the pump jack scaffold erected for use at the site was erected to maintain the minimum clearance distance from electrical distribution lines. An employee was performing caulking and other siding activities from the scaffold that was erected approximately three feet and three inches from the energized overhead power line, thereby exposing the employee to electrical hazards.

An employee was conducting siding installation from the platform of an Alum-A-Pole pump jack scaffold, thereby exposing an employee to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet above ground level.
