29 CFR 1910.95(d)(1): A representative monitoring program was not developed and implemented when information indicated that an employee's exposure may equal or exceed an 8 hour time weighted average of 85 dBA. Employer is failing to perform noise dosimetry to determine employee noise exposure at Eppley Airfield in Omaha, Nebraska for ramp agent shifts often exceeding 10 hours. Noise monitoring was conducted for the first time on March 21, 2019, but it did not cover the full shift.
