29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) West gable end of 1059, Snow RD, BLDG A, Mobile, AL; on March 13, 2019 and times prior the employer exposed employees to approximately 21-40 feet falls from the gable ends of the building while performing roofing operations without fall protection.
