Northwest Hwy #1685, Dallas, TX; where employees were working and walking around on the ground and were exposed to head injuries where overhead hazard exists by not wearing hard hats.

29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and/or a lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift: (a) This violation occurred on or about March 14, 2019, at a job site located at 10675 E. Northwest Hwy #1685, Dallas, TX; where employees were applying anchors to the outside walls of the Highland Nail Bar while using an Altec lift. The employee did not have on safety harness and lanyard and was exposed to a fall hazards.
