29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A body belt was not worn and lanyard was not attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On the west side of the commercial building, an employee was removing and installing signs from a bucket elevated by a vehicle-mounted aerial lift without a personal fall arrest system. The employee was exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 feet.
