29 CFR 1910.28(b)(1)(I): The employer did not ensure that each employee on a walking-working surface with an unprotected side or edge that is 4 feet (1.2 m) or more above a lower level was protected from falling: Force Support Squadron, Travis Bowling Center: Fall protection was not available when employees were working on top of the bowling machines. Employees were exposed to five foot fall hazards. The US. Department of the Air Force - 60th Air Mobility Wing was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.23(c)(3), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 967504, citation number 02, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/15/2014, with respect to a workplace located at Travis Bowling Center.
