29 CFR 1926.451(b)(2): Each scaffold platform and walkway was not at least 18 inches wide: a. 211 Church Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106-22098 - Employees working from a fabricated frame scaffold were exposed to fall hazards in that the employer did not ensure that the scaffold platform where the employees conducted masonry operations was at least 18 inches wide. This condition was observed on or about 03/12/19.
