29 CFR 1926.451(f)(14): Makeshift devices, such as but not limited to boxes and barrels, were used on top of scaffold platforms to increase the working level height of employees: a. 65-71 Monitor Street Jersey City, NJ While engaged in masonry activities on a scaffold, an employee stood on a scaffold plank that was positioned on top on a cinder block to increase the working level height. The employee was exposed to a potential fall of up to approximately 30 ft. to floor below. Violation occurred on or about 03/05/2019
