29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): The side rails of portable ladders used for access did not extend at least 3 feet above the upper landing surface, or was secured at its top to a rigid support that will not deflect and along with a grasping devise to assist employees mounting and dismounting the ladder.      A) 883 Bramhall Rd., Rahway, NJ 07065: The ladder being used to access the second floor through a wall opening was did not extend 3ft past the landing to allow safe access to worksite. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems:    A) 883 Bramhall Rd., Rahway, NJ 07065: Employee was exposed to a fall hazard of 20ft without fall protection, while performing framing work on a residential home.     Occurred on or about the 07/05/19      The (JRN Carpentry, Inc.) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.503(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1088341, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/28/2015, with respect to a workplace located at 301 Plainfield Rd., South Plainfield, NJ.
