29 CFR 1910.263(i)(7)(iii): A sufficient number of stop buttons was not provided to enable quick stopping of conveyors where the hazard of getting caught existed: Spiral Cooling Conveyor System The employer did not have a sufficient number of stop buttons to enable quick stopping of both the spiral conveyor and the aligner conveyor where the hazard of getting caught existed thus exposing the employees to amputation hazards. This condition was observed on or about March 18, 2019.
