29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): On or about 03/22/2019, Bodine Aluminum, located at 100 Cherry Blossom Way, MO, had not established a Hazard Communication Program complete with all the required corresponding Safety Data Sheets (SDS). The employer did have Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for various products/materials. The employer had not converted everything to Safety Data Sheets. One such product concerned their Alkaline Batteries.
