29 CFR 1915.508(d)(9): Semi-annual drills were not conducted according to the employer's written procedures for fire response employees that cover site-specific operations, occupancies, buildings, vessels and vessel sections and fire-related hazards.   Boat yard: Employees were performing prepping, painting, and cleaning operations on vessels. Fire drills were not performed to demonstrate employee proficiency and knowledge in the evacuation procedures. Employees were exposed to fire hazards.
