29 CFR 1910.305(a)(1)(i): Metal raceways, cable trays, cable armor, cable sheath, enclosures, frames, fittings, and noncurrent-carrying parts that are to serve as grounding conductors, with or without the use of supplementary equipment grounding conductors, were not effectively bonded where necessary to ensure electrical continuity and did not have the capacity to conduct safely any fault current likely to have been imposed on them. a. Shipping - On or about March 21, 2019 the metal conduit that connected a junction box and an electrical outlet was not attached to the junction box and outlet. The conduit was supported by the electrical wiring.
