29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv): Flexible cords and/ or cables were used for purposes prohibited by paragraphs (A) through (F) of 29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv):  A.)  McShane Welding Company, Inc., 12 Port Access Road, Erie, PA  16507, northwest side of the building (Division 1), on or about March 22, 2019 and times prior thereto:  A flexible electrical cord was running under a garage door.  The flexible electrical cord was being used to power equipment including, but not limited to, a block heater on a diesel forklift truck.  ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED: Abatement certification is required within 10 days after the abatement date noted on the citation (see below).  This certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, the date abatement was completed, method of abatement, and state that employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.

McShane Welding Company, Inc., 12 Port Access Road, Erie, PA  16507, southwest wall of the building (Division 1), on or about March 22, 2019 and times prior thereto:  Items including, but not limited to, a chop saw and a utility dolly were stored in front of the electrical disconnects.
