29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(ii): Employee training did not include the physical and health hazards of the chemicals in the work area: a. On or about March 25, 2019, in the work area, employees were exposed to welding fumes and coolant containing triethanolamine. The employer did not ensure that the employees were trained in the hazards associated with chemicals such as, but not limited to, iron oxide, manganese and triethanolamine.
