29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed:          A.)  FXI, Inc. - On or about 3/25/19, and at times prior thereto, the company was not conducting annual inspections of the lockout/tagout procedures on an annual basis with all authorized employees.  Employees performed servicing and maintenance on machinery/equipment including, but not limited to, the balers, packers, and the roll compressor.

FXI, Inc; fabrication area; - On or about 3/25/19, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of a 480 volt panel box was used for storage.  Items stored in front of the panel box included, but were not limited to, brooms and a shovel.  B.)  FXI, Inc; Atlanta packer area; - On or about 3/25/19, and at times prior thereto, the area in front of a 480 volt panel box was used for storage.  Items stored in front of the panel box included, but were not limited to, an industrial floor fan.
