29 CFR 1910.303(f)(2): Each service, feeder, and branch circuit, at its disconnecting means or overcurrent device, was not legibly marked to indicate its purpose, nor located and arranged so the purpose was evident: On or about 05/14/2019, Champion Precast, Inc. had not ensured each overcurrent device was legibly marked to indicate its purpose. In the Old Plant approximately midway along the South wall, a breaker box was not adequately/completely labeled. Eight of the twenty breakers were not marked to indicate their purpose.
