(c) Manager's Office - Management employees were potentially exposed to electrical hazards while traveling to and from the office under unguarded fluorescent lighting energized at 277 volts and suspended from the ceiling at approximately 81 inches (6 3/4 feet) above the floor, on or about March 26, 2019.
