29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i)(D): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by use of approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures or by elevation of 2.44 m (8.0 ft) or more above the floor or other working surface:    (a) Basement Store Room - Employees were potentially exposed to electrical hazards while traveling through area to store or retrieve items under unguarded fluorescent lighting energized at 277 volts and suspended from the ceiling at approximately 81 inches (6 3/4 feet) above the floor, on or about March 26, 2019.      (b) Basement Store Room Corner - Employees were potentially exposed to electrical hazards while traveling through area to store or retrieve items under unguarded fluorescent lighting energized at 277 volts and suspended from the ceiling at approximately 75 inches (6 1/4 feet) above the floor, on or about March 26, 2019.      (c) Manager's Office - Management employees were potentially exposed to electrical hazards while traveling to and from the office under unguarded fluorescent lighting energized at 277 volts and suspended from the ceiling at approximately 81 inches (6 3/4 feet) above the floor, on or about March 26, 2019.      No abatement certification or documentation required for this item.
