29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(1): Chemical manufacturers and importers did not develop a safety data sheet for each hazardous chemical they produce. The Employer did not have a safety data sheet in the workplace for each hazardous chemical which they use. a) Tennessee Valley Authority - Bull Run Fossil Plant: On or about 3/27/2019, the employer had not developed a Safety data sheet (SDS) for Fly Ash. The employer provided a material safety data sheet (MSDS) for fly ash that did not meet the requirements of 1910.1200(g)(2)(1) through (xvi).
