This was most recently documented on March, 28, 2019 on the jobsite located at 742 Hickory Lane, Lincoln, NE 68521. Two employees were observed sheeting the roof of a two-story residential building at heights greater than six feet above the ground while not utilizing any form of fall protection. Daniel Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1107981, citation number 1, item number 1, was affirmed as a final order on December 9, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at Sandstone and 214th Streets, Gretna, NE.
