29 CFR 1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken: a) Northwest corner of Well Now Urgent Care building, on or about 4-2-19: Motor vehicles and equipment were being operated immediately adjacent to a 1,000 gallon Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) tank that was not protected against accidental vehicular contact. b) Northeast corner of former Jeweler building, on or about 4-2-19: Motor vehicles and equipment were being operated immediately adjacent to a 1,000 gallon Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) tank that was not protected against accidental vehicular contact.
