Listed or labeled equipment shall be installed and used in accordance with any instructions included in the listing or labeling: Maintenance Shop: On, or about, April 2, 2019, a Hobart Handler 140 welding unit was energized through an Intertek extension cord. The identification plate on the welding unit indicated that the input load was 20 ampere and that the unit was operated at 2,500 watts. The label on the Intertek extension cord indicated that it was rated for 15 amperes and 1,875 watts.
