Located at 618 Ludham Trail, Lot 178, Pickerington, Ohio: On or about April 3, 2019, an employee was performing roofing work without being protected from an approximately fifteen foot fall to the ground below.

29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16): Personal fall arrest systems, when stopping a fall, shall: 29 CFR 1926.502(d)(16)(iii): be rigged such that an employee can neither free fall more than 6 feet (1.8 m), nor contact any lower level; a. Located at 618 Ludham Trail, Lot 178, Pickerington, Ohio: On or about April 3, 2019, an employee was performing roofing work with a personal fall arrest harness attached to a vertical lifeline. The position of the lifeline anchor to where the employee was working created an allowable free fall to the ground below, approximately fifteen foot.
