29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  On or about March 28, 2018, at the above jobsite, 2250 NW 77th Terrace, Miami, Florida 33147, the employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program for the employees who are exposed to hazardous chemicals, including but not limited to, welding rods, acetylene, argon, and liquefied petroleum gas (LPG).  The Remington Steel and Signs, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1910 1200(e), or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1312590, citation number 01, item number 001, and was affirmed as a final order on 11/05/2018 with respect to a workplace located at 2250 NW 77th Terrace, Miami, Florida 33147.

29 CFR 1910.134(k): The employer did not provide training and the basic information in Appendix D of this section for employees provided respirators for voluntary use:  On or about March 28, 2019, at the jobsite 2250 NW 77th Terrace, Miami Florida, 33147, employees who voluntarily wear a dust mask were not provided the information contained in Appendix D of CFR 29 1910.134.
