Finish Department: On or about 2/22/19, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to chemical hazards, in that plumbed eyewash stations for quick drenching of the eyes was not effective while employees are working with corrosive hazardous material such as Duracoat Pre Catalyzed White Matte 20 Sheen.
