29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest systems: Employees engaged in roofing activates at the location of 821 Millwood Circle in Liberal KS, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the ground below. The employees were exposed in that fall protection systems were not in place to keep them from falling to the lower level.
