This was most recently documented on or about April 6, 2021 at 821 South 11th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska when employees were observed working on a residential structure. Employees were operating pneumatic nail guns while shingling a roof without the use of eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on or about April 6, 2021 at 821 South 11th Street, Lincoln, Nebraska when employees were observed working on a residential structure with a roof pitch greater than 4:12. The employees where installing shingles while working at a height of approximately 9 feet 10 inches measured from the ground to eave without fall protection. Winterstone LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13) contained in OSHA inspection number 1390528, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on June 10, 2019 with respect to a workplace located at 821 Millwood Circle, Liberal, Kansas.
