29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage:    (a) On or about April 8, 2019 employees operating the MaxPak horizontal baling machine were exposed to a tripping hazard in that every time they had to feed new baling wire into the baler they had to stand upon baling wire bundles which were being stored right up against the side of the baler.
