Employee training shall include at least: The physical, health, simple asphyxiation, combustible dust, and pyrophoric gas hazards, as well as hazards not otherwise classified, of the chemicals in the work area: a) On or about December 3, 2018, employees and supervisors working in the VPI Room were not trained on the possible skin irritation and allergic skin reactions caused by the epoxy resins used in the VPI Room.
