Exception: When the employer can demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems, the employer shall develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of 1926.502.  a. On or about April 11, 2019, located at 215 Mannaseh Drive West (Lot 132) in Granville, Ohio, employees were framing a residential home without any means of fall protection, thereby exposing the employees to an approximate fall hazard of 11 feet 6 inches.    b. On or about April 11, 2019, located at 215 Mannaseh Drive West (Lot 132) in Granville, Ohio, employees there were no guardrails at the front of a floor hole on the 1st floor, thereby exposing the employees to a fall to the basement of approximately 10 feet.   Perez Construction Services, LLC. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1256233, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on October 17, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 7569 Walnut Drive Canal Winchester, Ohio 43110.
