29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): The energy control procedures did not clearly outline the steps for shutting down, isolating, blocking and securing machines or equipment to control hazardous energy: On or about April 5, 2019, and at times prior there to, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while performing cleaning on blood separator centrifuge machines that did not have written energy control procedures outlining the specific steps employees implement to dissipate stored or residual energy.
