29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I): Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: (a) On April 10, 2019, the electrical extension cords used to power a Dewalt drill and other equipment were damaged in several places, exposing the internal insulated wires. This condition exposed employees to shock or burn hazards.
