29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1): A written respiratory protection program that included the provisions in 29 CFR 1910.134(c)(1)(i) - (ix) with worksite specific procedures was not established and implemented for required respirator use: (Construction Reference 1926.103):  (a) On or about April 11, 2019 and times prior thereto, a written respiratory protection program was needed for painters who were assigned to use a 3M half facepiece elastomeric respirators. Employees used this product for protection against chemical inhalation hazards from Sherwin Williams ProMar 200, Sherwin Williams Wood Classic Fast Dry Oil Varnish, Startex Paint Thinner, Sherman Williams PVA Drywall Primer and Sealer when performing painting activities.

Hazardous chemicals included but not limited to:   (a) Sherwin Williams ProMar 200; (b) Sherwin Williams Wood Classic Fast Dry Oil Varnish; (c) Startex Paint Thinner; (d) Sherman Williams PVA Drywall Primer and Sealer.

Chemicals included but not limited to:   (a) Sherwin Williams ProMar 200; (b) Sherwin Williams Wood Classic Fast Dry Oil Varnish; (c) Startex Paint Thinner; (d) Sherman Williams PVA Drywall Primer and Sealer.
