Employees were exposed to potential impact injuries caused by falling materials and/or equipment.

Employees were exposed to the hazards of eye injury from flying objects. Miller Family Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (29 CFR 1926.95(a)), which was contained in OSHA Inspection # 1006503, Citation number 1, Item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/01/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2759 Longview Drive, Maumee, OH 43537.

Employees did not use fall protection and were exposed to approximately 20 feet fall hazard from the roof of the structure to the ground below. Miller Family Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard (29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1)), which was contained in OSHA Inspection # 980011, Citation number 1, Item number 1b, and was affirmed as a final order on 09/01/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 4953 Yosemite Pkwy, Sylvania, OH 43560.
