29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s):  On or about April 15, 2019, at Lot 10, 6485 Privet Way, Cumming, Georgia:  Four employees were exposed to struck-by and fall hazards of approximately 25-feet and greater when the employer did not conduct inspections of the jobsite to ensure employee compliance with safety and health such as but not limited to the use of protective eyewear and personal fall arrest equipment.

29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees were not provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents:  On or about April 15, 2019, at Lot 10, 6485 Privet Way, Cumming, Georgia:  Two employees performing framing work were exposed to struck-by hazards from wood chips and nails when they operated nail guns without using eye protection.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(2): The employer did not assure that each employee exposed to fall hazards was trained by a competent person qualified in the areas specified in 29 CFR 1926.503 (a)(2)(i) through (viii):  On or about April 15, 2019, at Lot 10, 6485 Privet Way, Cumming, Georgia:  Employees performing framing work were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 25-feet and greater when the employer did not instruct employees in the nature and recognition of fall hazards, and the use of fall protection systems.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):   On or about April 15, 2019, Lot 10, 6485 Privet Way, Cumming, Georgia:  Two employees performing framing work were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 25-feet and greater when they worked from the roof of a house without using fall protection.  JB Framing, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1255639, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on September 18, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at Lot 14, 1121 Bucknell Drive, Braselton, Georgia.
