29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about April 17, 2019, on a steep pottery studio roof where an employee was exposed to a fall hazard of more than 6 feet when performing roofing activities on a structure without a fall protection system.
