On or about April 16, 2019 at 5211 Peachtree Boulevard, Atlanta, Georgia: Where active stucco work was ongoing, masonry workers were allowed to erect a brick façade below where the stucco work was being done.  Masonry workers were exposed to a struck by hazards from falling objects.
