29 CFR 1926.405(b)(2): In energized installations, each outlet box did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy: a) On or about 4/16/19, on apartment building construction site at 1166 Jefferson Avenue, Buffalo, NY: There was no faceplate on an energized 4-receptacle, 120 volt-ac outlet box mounted in the area where the temporary electrical power had been set up on the ground floor. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
