29 CFR 1926.405(b)(1):Openings in boxes, cabinets, and fittings through which conductors entered were not effectively closed: a) On or about 5/21/2024, at the first floor area of the site, Williamsville, NY. Electric panel LPD, of 120/208V and 100 Amp, lacked 12 blanks. Un-used openings in the panel were covered by a piece of card board, not effectively closed. NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
