29 CFR 1926.102(b)(1): Protective eye and face protection devices must comply with any of the following consensus standards: (i) ANSI/SEA Z87.1-2010, Occupational and Educational Personal Eye and Face Protection Devices, Incorporated by reference in 29 CFR 1926.6; (ii) ANSI Z87.1-2003, Occupational and Educational Eye and Face Protection Devices, incorporated by reference in 29 CFR 1926.6; or (iii) ANSI Z87.1-1989 (R-1998), Practice for Occupational and Educational Eye and Face Protection, incorporated by reference in 29 CFR 1926.6:     a) On April 22, 2019, employees were using pneumatic nail guns while wearing sunglasses and prescription eye glasses which did not bear the Z87.1 marking.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b):  a) On April 22, 2019, employees were performing roofing work without fall protection and were exposed to the hazard of falling up to approximately 17 feet.
