29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer did not ensure that each affected employee used appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: (a) Red Canyon Roofing, LLC at 2023 Sundance Dr. Longmont, CO 80501: On or before 4/23/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees using pneumatic nail guns were not wearing safety glasses. This condition exposed employees to eye injury hazards. Red Canyon Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1177099, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/9/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2840 and 2844 Lawson Dr. Lincoln, NE68516.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): (a) Red Canyon Roofing, LLC at 2023 Sundance Dr. Longmont, CO 80501: On or before 4/23/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the roof of a two-story single family home were working without fall protection. This condition exposed employees to a fall hazard of 15 feet and 10 feet. Red Canyon Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1177099, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/9/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2840 and 2844 Lawson Dr. Lincoln, NE68516.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: (a) Red Canyon Roofing, LLC at 2023 Sundance Dr. Longmont, CO 80501: On or before 4/23/19 the employer did not protect employees from injury in that employees working on the roof of a two-story single family home used extension ladder that did not extend at least three feet beyond the eave of the roof. A portable extension ladder used to access the second level of the roof did not extend at least three feet beyond the eave of the next level. These conditions exposed employees to a fall hazard of 11 feet. Red Canyon Roofing, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1177099, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/9/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 2840 and 2844 Lawson Dr. Lincoln, NE68516.
