29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system unless another provision in paragraph (b) of this section provides for an alternative fall protection measure. a. Weatherbee Roofing LLC worksite located at 5731 Aurora Place, Toledo, Ohio: On or about April 23, 2019, the employer did not ensure employees performing roofing operations on a residential single story ranch roof were properly using their fall protection when exposed to fall heights of 10 feet 4 inches. Weatherbee Roofing LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1189650, citation number 1, item number 1b and was affirmed as a final order on December 7, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at Grand Lake Drive lot 173, Monclova, Ohio.
