The light switch used to control the overhead lighting was energized and did not have a cover plate affixed. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards of 120 volts.

At the time of the inspection, the breaker panel supplying power to the bathroom was disconnected but not secured to prevent re-energizing. Employees were exposed to electrical shock hazards of 120 volts.

The work rest was measured 1/4 inches from the abrasive wheel. Employees were exposed to entanglement hazards.     The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1910.215(a)(4)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1143085, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on August 17, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 600 N Lincoln Avenue, Pasadena, California 91101.

The right side tongue guard was measured 1/2 inches from the abrasive wheel. Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards.   The U.S. Postal Service was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard [29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9)], which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1222181, citation number 1, item number 2B and was affirmed as a final order on June 9, 2017, with respect to a workplace located at 2800 Stafford Avenue, Scranton, Pennsylvania 18505.
