29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about April 23, 2019 at the jobsite employees were exposed to fall hazards when working form a JLG aerial lift model 460SJ without a safety harness. Sonny Steel Erectors, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365903, citation 1, item 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 2-26-19, with respect to a workplace located at 7202 N. Grand Parkway N. Spring, TX 77379.
