29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1)(i): Each employee on a boatswains' chair, catenary scaffold, float scaffold, needle beam scaffold, or ladder jack scaffold was not protected by a personal fall arrest system: a. Town Mill Subdivision, 266 Jefferson Ave. Canton, GA Lot #1498 (Jobsite) - Employees were exposed to fall hazard. Employees were installing hardi-plank siding to the front exterior of the newly constructed residential 2-story home while working on a ladder jack scaffold approximately 12 feet from ground level, without being tied off to an anchor point, on or about 04/26/19.
