29 CFR 1926.102(a) (1): Eye and face protective equipment was not provided when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: On or about April 26, 2019 at Town Mill Subdivision, 266 Jefferson Avenue, Lot 1498, Canton, GA Employees were exposed to struck-by hazards while performing siding activities at the newly constructed residential home. Employees were preforming activities such as, but not limited to, operating a with pneumatic nail gun and saw without wearing impact resistant eye protection. No abatement certification or documentation is required for this item.
