Monorail cranes 9, 6, and 13 2. West Hoist Bridge #2 Westside Galvanizing Services, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1125253, citation number 01, item number 005 and was affirmed as a final order on 7/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 3520 S. Riverview, Port Allen, LA.
