When wet processes were used, drainage was not maintained and, to the extent feasible, dry standing places, such as false floors, platforms, and mats were not provided. Warehouse, Supply New England, 582 Quaker Highway, Uxbridge, Massachusetts; On and before April 30, 2019 the employer did not maintain the floor in the warehouse in a dry condition to the extent feasible creating a slip, trip, and fall hazard for employees and loss of control for powered industrial trucks.
