Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with either: a) On or about April 17, 2019 Building 1118 Saber and Quill, employees utilizing chemicals at the worksite were exposed to dermal and splash hazards and the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged, or marked with the necessary information.
